Once you have opened the WMM page and clicked on file you will want to bring some clips into the collections area. (See 29 Sept. 2009) You can do this by clicking on either videos or pictures which will allow you to import from the media that is already in your computer.  If you click on Digital Video Camera you will have to have another device plugged into your computer.  These clips will show up in your collections area and you will be able to drag them from the collections area to the story line at the bottom of the page.  Next you will be able to click on audio or music and select from music that is in your computer.  The music can be something that you have downloaded to the computer or it may be from the music that comes with the WMM program.  The music will be dragged to the start of the time line and dropped at the very beginning.  Now you have the option of selecting  Auto Movie and the program will automatically put the music together with your pictures or you may want to start the entire process off by your self and the music will play in the background as the pictures switch from one to another every five seconds or so.  We’ll discuss putting a narrative behind the pictures in the next few days so be sure to watch this site for more information and if you have any questions contact us at BoomersTips@gmail.com.
